It froze and that was it….

I downloaded the app and everything was fine for the first while. I was cheerfuly renaming the files in my movie collection then, the app froze. It would not respond. I used force quit to quit the app and it did as it was bid. When I went to restart it it would not do so. It’s icon bounced happily up and down in the dock but it would not restart. I rebooted my mac mini and the problem remained. The app would appear to be starting in the dock but — appearances are deceiviing :-( .

In desperation, I uninstalled the app using app zapper and reinstalled it. It reinstaled but would not start. When I attmepted to start it it bounced happily in hte dock but an error message came up that stated something to the effect that that the app will not open bcause it is unresponsive. I tired to force quit the app but this did not work either.

Anyhow…while it worked for a short while, it turned out to be a waste of money. V 4.5.6
